I’M KRYS

I'm not your average fitness professional. Due to a health condition, I was actually told my entire life to stay away from intense workouts and to only do yoga. I never participated in gym, sports or worked out until I was 26. After an 8-year career in New York City’s nightlife industry, I tried my first yoga class. The rest is history.

WHAT IS FLK METHOD?

We have a hard time explaining all that FLK Method has to offer. We strongly suggest that you experience it for yourself. Until then, here are a few things you can expect:
